Pacific Padeco International is always looking for experienced professionals.
We are seeking individuals who are technically and professionally competent, with extensive experience in overseas and development consulting. Nationality is not a requirement. Consultant in Energy Business Department

Project work in the energy, climate change, and environment fields, as well as operational work for the Energy Business Department.

Work Content
  • Consulting services in the fields of natural resources, energy, climate change, and environment in Japan, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and other regions.
  • From research and project formulation to planning, business strategy development, technical support, and project management (PMO work), etc.
  • Operational work in the energy business division, including sales and order taking.
Number of Recruiting People 1 person.
Eligibility
  • English skills equivalent to a TOEIC score of 860 (a level usable in a professional setting).
  • Business-level Japanese skills.
  • Master's degree or above.
Expected Experience and Skills
  • Consulting work and skills.
  • Project management work experience and skills.
  • Overseas work experience.
  • Work experience and skills in the fields of natural resources, energy, climate change, and environment.

Working Hours Flexible working hours system adopted
Holidays and Vacations Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, bereavement leave.
During overseas assignments, the local calendar will apply.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary increase (once a year), bonus (twice a year; additional performance-based bonus paid once a year), transportation allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month), business trip allowance and accommodation expenses paid separately, comprehensive social insurance, health insurance association facility usage subsidy system and access to Relo Club (welfare club) affiliated with the insurance association, access to corporate member resort facilities, qualification acquisition support, training participation support.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, etc. (Expected annual income: 5.4 to 8 million yen).
  • There is a 3-month trial period.
Workplace Tokyo Headquarters (overseas business trips may be required depending on the project), remote work possible (generally two days of office attendance per week).

Bridge Engineer

[JICA: Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project] Construction Supervision for Erection Work of Bridge Superstructures 

ムンバイ-アーメダバード間高速鉄道事業（JICA案件）における、橋梁上部工（主に鋼桁）架設工事の施工監理業務に従事できる方を募集しています。
本事業は、ムンバイ・アーメダバード間（508km）を約2時間で結ぶ高速鉄道の建設プロジェクトで、日本の新幹線技術の導入も予定されている大規模案件です。

Work Content Position Name: Expat Bridge Engineer.
Job Description: Construction supervision for erection work of bridge superstructures (mainly steel girder).
A Chief Bridge Fabrication & Erection specialist was dispatched from within the joint venture, and your work will be carried out under his/her supervision.
Number of Steel Bridges: 6-11 (depending on the assigned package).
On-site Dispatching Period: Year-round (to be discussed).

Expertise Field Technical (construction/civil engineering).
Number of Recruiting People A few people.
Eligibility
  • Five years or more of experience in the construction of superstructures (steel bridges, PC bridges, RC bridges) for railway and road bridges, or experience in construction supervision.
    *Experience in bridge substructure construction is also welcome.
    *Please also consult us if your civil engineering project includes bridge construction.
  • Required Degree: None.
  • Required Language Skills: Not required, but you will be expected to work in English.
  • Project Duration (on-site dispatching): Approximately 6 months, starting from January 2022.

    *Ideally, you should be able to work for 6 months/year for 3 years, but it is possible to switch positions after 6 months of service.
Other Requirements
  • From mid-30s to around 70 years old.
  • Communication skills in multinational teams.
Working Hours 8 hours of work per day. 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Holidays and Vacations Sunday, Indian public holiday
Compensation and Benefits Airfare: Provided (round-trip economy class).
